Cancellation Policy
Monroe’s Consulting Booking & Refund Policy At Monroe’s Consulting, we value your time and ours. Please review the following policy carefully before booking. 1-on-1 Sessions • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session will result in a $50 late cancellation fee and are non -refundable • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session will not be charged . • A valid card on file is required to secure your booking and enforce this policy . • No - shows will also be charged a $50 fee and are not eligible for rescheduling . In order to cancel your booking, please login and navigate to “My Bookings” tab. ⸻ Digital Products • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be granted once a digital product has been purchased. • If you experience access issues or technical problems, please email: mentor@monroesconsulting.com ⸻ Late Arrivals • Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. • Late arrivals will not result in time extensions or partial refunds. ⸻ By booking with Monroe’s Consulting, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.
